Yahoo!! ITIL v3 Foundation Exam Cleared

Hi

I cleared the ITIL v3 Foundation exam today , i am very happy that i was able to stick to my deadline of clearning exam before 30 April 2010 .

I scored 95% marks , i will be posting detail message on how to carry out prepration for ITIL v3 Foundation exam

Giving ITIL v3 Foundation Test Tommorow

I am going to give ITIL v3 Foundation test tommorow , 26 April 2010 at 10 AM . I will write my experiences when i come back from the test.

For my preparation i have decided to follow this pdf document. I will see the topics for each stage of ITIL life cycle from the pdf and read them from the books i mentioned in my earlier posts.

If you are starting off , i recommend that you start off from the ITIL v3 Foundation certification kit book and then start off with the Official guide topics.

ITIL V3 Foundation exam pattern

The pattern for ITIL V3 Foundation exam is as follows

• 40 Questions
• The correct answer is only one of the four
• 60 minutes duration
• 26 out of 40 is passing marks (65%)
• Closed book Exam :)

You can book the exam at nearest Prometric test center and it costs around $180 . You can check the exact cost with your local testing center.

Yes ! I am going to do this.

I am going to pass the ITIL v3 Foundation exam (EXIN) by 30 April 2010. This is my today’s resolution.

Each day i shall be studying 2 hours for this.

I shall be following two books for my preparation.
